The ideal candidate should possess a High School diploma with 1-2 years of experience in back office or front line roles, along with excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic. Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in back office or front line desk; candidates without experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
• Knowledge of bank operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform account maintenance and opening for Retail ELITE & GPB segments.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Update status and reasons for rejection if applicable.
