Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in banking operations, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of banking operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and error-free processing of banking transactions, including Remittances, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance and Treasury Operations.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and operational standards.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks.
• Meet the required customer service quality standards for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records of all operational transactions and activities.
