Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Banking Data Assistant Analyst in Risk Management to collect, validate, and analyze risk-related data and to support reporting and dashboards. The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-department coordination, and documentation in a fast‑paced banking environment.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to prepare precise reports and assist in automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in banking, risk management, data analysis, or operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with large data sets and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, maintain, and analyze banking and risk-related data.
• Assist in preparing risk management reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems and reports.
• Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to obtain and verify required data.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for risk-related analysis, reporting, and audits.
• Support the improvement and automation of data reporting and risk monitoring processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
