Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services internal audit, consulting, advisory or professional services.
• Experience with leading regional firms preferred.
• Knowledge of Next Gen IA solutions like Continuous Controls Monitoring is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate client risk areas and input to a risk-based annual internal audit plan.
• Develop audit programs and procedures including Risk & Control Matrix (RCM).
• Manage performance of audit procedures: identify issues, define criteria, collect evidence, document processes.
• Demonstrate technical competence in related domains.
• Communicate results via reports and oral presentations to seniors, engagement directors and client management.
• Assist engagement director with identification of new firm services at existing or new clients.
• Prepare and track proposals and conduct proposal meetings with clients.
• Develop and engage the team through individual contacts and group meetings.
• Assist with hiring, training and evaluation of practice personnel and overall practice building.
