Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency in Dubai seeks a Bangladeshi FX Conversion Sales Agent for a full-time role. You will promote products, convert leads, and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.

Required: native Bangla, fluent English (B2), prior phone-based FX sales experience, strong numeracy, and superb objection handling. You’ll work toward ambitious targets with base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Native Bangla fluency (written and spoken) with English at least B2.
• Prior phone-based FX sales experience is a MUST.
• Good computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work with deadlines and meet targets.
• Strong mathematics skills and numeracy for pricing/quotations.
• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Available to join on short notice.

Position: Bangladeshi FX Conversion Sales Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE (no relocation)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + Commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the company's products and service
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
• The goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Bangla, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous phone-based sales experience, from FX industry, is a MUST!
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills
• Availability to start/join on short notice
