Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency in Dubai seeks a Bangladeshi FX Conversion Sales Agent for a full-time role. You will promote products, convert leads, and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.

Required: native Bangla, fluent English (B2), prior phone-based FX sales experience, strong numeracy, and superb objection handling. You’ll work toward ambitious targets with base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Native Bangla fluency (written and spoken) with English at least B2.
• Prior phone-based FX sales experience is a MUST.
• Good computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work with deadlines and meet targets.
• Strong mathematics skills and numeracy for pricing/quotations.
• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Available to join on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's FX products and services.
• Leverage a conversion-focused approach to generate and close leads.
• Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication.
• Influence and persuade with confident, clear communication and handle objections.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets with performance metrics.
