Job summary

ADVANCED BAKING CONCEPT (ABC ) - L.L.C in Dubai seeks a skilled R&D /QC/QA Coordinator to drive product development, document processes, and support the QA/QC team across bakery operations.

The role requires hands-on bakery experience, strong coordination with production, QA, and supply chain, and a minimum of 3-4 years in R&D. You will ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for new products.

Qualifications

• Bakery experience is required.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in R&D.
• Experience coordinating QA/QC activities and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the research and development processes and coordinate product innovation projects.
• Maintain documentation for product development and ensure regulatory compliance before launches.
• Support Quality Assurance activities to maintain hygiene, consistency, and compliance.
• Attend R&D meetings and document requirements for new product development and raw material testing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing for benchmarking, sourcing, and material specifications.
• Develop SOPs and product specifications; ensure proper handover for label development and regulatory registration.
