BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Product Manager to lead the market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance of Baggins Health , our comprehensive cloud-based hospital information system and healthcare management platform.

Baggins Health helps hospitals, clinics, medical centres and healthcare organisations digitalise and streamline their operations through an integrated platform covering electronic medical records, outpatient and inpatient management, appointment scheduling, emergency triage, pharmacy operations, diagnostic laboratories, radiology, operating theatres, maternity care, insurance billing and telemedicine.

The successful candidate will take direct ownership of the product's commercial performance within their assigned market, targeting healthcare institutions seeking modern technology solutions to improve clinical workflows, administrative efficiency and patient care.

This is an individual contributor position with no sales team or subordinates .

Key Responsibilities

Independently identify, approach and acquire hospitals, clinics, medical centres and healthcare organisations requiring hospital management software.

Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies within the assigned market.

Promote Baggins Health through healthcare industry networks, hospital associations, medical communities, institutional outreach and strategic partnerships.

Present and demonstrate the platform's electronic medical records, patient management, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, inpatient care and financial management capabilities.

Convert genuine healthcare prospects and trial users into paying subscribers.

Build professional relationships with hospital administrators, medical directors, clinic owners, healthcare operations managers and institutional decision-makers.

Identify operational challenges faced by healthcare organisations and demonstrate how Baggins Health addresses those challenges.

Assist prospective customers in understanding available subscription plans and selecting suitable packages.

Coordinate technical demonstrations and implementation discussions with the appropriate BagginsHQ departments.

Maintain customer relationships, encourage subscription renewals and minimise cancellations.

Monitor verified subscription revenue, customer acquisition, retention and market performance.

Maintain accurate and verifiable records of prospects, engagements, demonstrations and commercial outcomes.

Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements and market growth.

Ensure product representations are accurate and that healthcare institutions' data protection and procurement requirements are appropriately escalated.

Independently achieve the Company's established verified revenue targets.

Important: BagginsHQ does not provide Company Leads for this position. The Product Manager is expected to possess healthcare industry knowledge, professional networks and commercial initiative necessary to independently source and convert genuine institutional opportunities.

Requirements

Demonstrable professional experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, medical practice management, healthcare technology, health informatics or related sectors.

Strong understanding of hospital and clinic operations, patient administration, medical records, clinical workflows and healthcare organisational challenges.

Practical experience in business development, institutional client acquisition, healthcare software subscriptions or commercial growth within the healthcare sector.

Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR) or healthcare management software.

Established professional relationships within the healthcare industry, or proven ability to independently develop such relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively with hospital executives, medical directors, clinic owners, healthcare administrators and procurement decision-makers.

Understanding of healthcare data privacy, patient confidentiality and institutional software procurement requirements.

Strong product presentation, negotiation, relationship management and customer retention skills.

Ability to independently develop and manage a commercial pipeline without a supporting sales team.

High standards of professionalism, accountability, integrity and commercial discipline.

Probation and Performance Requirements

During probation, the Product Manager must:

Generate a minimum of USD 500 in verified Baggins Health revenue .

Independently acquire genuine paying healthcare organisations.

Demonstrate consistent institutional prospecting, product demonstrations, customer engagement and follow-up.

Maintain accurate and verifiable customer acquisition records.

Demonstrate satisfactory professionalism, reliability, accountability and product knowledge.

Follow approved procedures when handling healthcare-related information and institutional enquiries.

Only genuine payments received and verified by BagginsHQ count towards the revenue target. Free trials, unpaid registrations, fabricated transactions and refunded payments do not qualify.

Performance will be reviewed on Day 14 and Day 30.

Successful probation requires achieving the minimum verified revenue target and receiving a satisfactory overall performance assessment. Permanent confirmation is not automatic.

Permanent Employment Performance

Upon successful confirmation, the Product Manager must generate a minimum of USD 2,000 in verified Baggins Health revenue every month .

The Product Manager is also responsible for maintaining institutional customer relationships, encouraging subscription renewals, minimising customer churn and supporting sustainable product growth.

Continued employment is subject to satisfactory performance, Company policies and applicable employment terms.
