Job summary

Farah Experiences LLC is seeking a dedicated Costume Operations Assistant to support daily costume issuance, laundry, pressing, and backstage wardrobe tasks for performers and events.

You will organize storage, assist with costume changes, ensure proper labeling and care, and help maintain high presentation standards across productions and live shows. Candidates should have at least 1 year in laundry or wardrobe support, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school completion or equivalent required; focus on reliability and organization.
• Minimum 1 year experience in laundry or wardrobe support roles.
• Experience in garment care, laundering, steaming, pressing, and basic repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Fundamental inventory control and asset handling understanding.
• Positive attitude with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily costume issuance and returns for performers and team members.
• Perform laundry, pressing, steaming, minor repairs on costumes as needed.
• Organize and maintain costume storage and issue locations for efficiency.
• Assist with costume changes, backstage support, and event requirements.
• Ensure costumes are labeled, sorted, and stored per standards.
• Support rehearsals, seasonal activations, and live events.
• Maintain high presentation standards and cleanliness of costumes.
• Conduct routine quality checks to meet entertainment and brand standards.
• Preserve production values reflecting artistic vision in costumes.
• Identify opportunities to improve care, organization, and operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with performers and colleagues across departments.
• Support knowledge sharing and a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Communicate operational concerns and inventory needs promptly.
