Job summary

iCodeJr in Dubai is seeking a results-driven sales/counselling specialist to be the first voice families hear. You will guide parents through our programs, run discovery calls and book demos, and convert interest into enrolments with genuine care for each child's needs.

Requirements include 2+ years in B2C sales, counselling or admissions, confidence on calls and in-person meetings, and a proven record of meeting enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales, counselling, admissions or inside sales
• Confident on calls, WhatsApp and in-person parent meetings
• Consistent record of hitting monthly enrolment or revenue targets
• Warm, consultative style never pushy
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi or other languages are a strong advantage
