Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B sales of FMCG and food commodities to distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Build long-term relationships with existing accounts while acquiring new ones.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and collection.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate demand forecasts to management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the CFO.

Job Purpose

The B2B Sales Manager will manage and grow the company s business to business sales of FMCG and food commodity products from the Dubai office working closely with distributors retailers and institutional buyers to meet sales targets and strengthen client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B sales of FMCG and food commodity products to distributors retailers and institutional buyers
• Respond to client inquiries prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Build long term relationships with existing accounts while actively acquiring new ones
• Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing delivery and collection
• Monitor stock availability and communicate demand forecasts to management
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the CFO

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in FMCG edible oils rice sugar or related food commodities
• Established network among distributors retailers or wholesalers in the UAE an advantage
• Strong understanding of trading terms pricing structures and order to delivery cycles
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM or sales reporting tools
• Target driven with a disciplined approach to pipeline management
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills
• Willing to travel within the UAE and GCC for client meetings
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Fluent in English Arabic or Hindi an advantage
