Job summary

Al Malki Trading Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales Representative to drive new business for Ghaseelco Cleaning Building & Facade Cleaning Services. The role requires visiting private companies and government entities, presenting Ghaseelco's exterior cleaning solutions, and securing one-time or ongoing contracts.

You should have proven outdoor/B2B sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, a willingness to travel, and a valid UAE driving

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, facility management, cleaning services, building maintenance, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience dealing with companies, property managers, facility managers, or government entities is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and generate business independently.
• Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of the UAE business market.
• Willingness to travel and conduct daily outdoor client visits.
• Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit private companies, government entities, property owners, facility managers, building managers, and property management companies.
• Introduce Ghaseelco's building, facade, and external glass cleaning services.
• Identify buildings that require one-time, periodic, or contractual external cleaning services.
• Establish contact with decision-makers, including Facility Managers, Property Managers, Building Managers, Procurement Officers, Administration Managers, and relevant government personnel.
• Arrange site visits and coordinate with the technical team for building inspections and service assessments.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and work toward closing sales and service contracts.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Generate leads through direct visits, telephone calls, referrals, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat and annual cleaning contracts.
• Monitor upcoming building maintenance and cleaning requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports covering customer visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups, and closed contracts.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
