Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Sales Executive with at least 2 years in printing and production for a field-based B2B role in Sharjah, UAE. The position covers printing, branding, signage and packaging, with responsibilities from visiting clients to closing orders.

You will prepare quotations, follow up leads, and coordinate with design and production teams to deliver client requirements. Fluent English and Arabic are required; UAE driving license and Sharjah residence preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Printing / Production / Advertising industry.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials and finishing.
• Proven ability to generate new clients and close B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• UAE Driving License is required.
• Candidates currently based in Sharjah are preferred.
• Candidates with their own UAE visa will be preferred.
• English and Arabic are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking and client referrals.
• Identify and approach potential corporate and business clients.
• Visit clients and understand their printing, branding and production requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Generate repeat business and identify additional printing and branding opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
• Have a good understanding of printing materials, paper, substrates, finishing, signage, packaging and promotional products.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on quotations, pending orders and potential leads.
• Submit daily sales reports, including client visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
