Job summary

ICCEnergy is seeking a highly driven Marketing Specialist to lead market-facing marketing, brand positioning, content governance and internal communications. This role works with senior management to ensure ICCEnergy presents a credible and commercially relevant message across markets and exhibitions.

The candidate will manage digital marketing, content development, and vendor relationships to support growth priorities, with a focus on oil & gas and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4+ years B2B marketing/communications experience; target 4-8 years, best fit 4-7 years.
• Minimum 2 years direct marketing experience within oil & gas, energy, engineering, EPC, manufacturing, automation or related B2B industrial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and marketing communications.
• Ability to develop professional presentations, promotional materials, and customer-facing content.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings, events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, market presence, and corporate communications.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, and online engagement.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, brochures, case studies, and other business development resources.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and service providers while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Support internal communications initiatives and promote awareness of company capabilities, services, and strategic priorities.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness and business impact.
