Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in pest control or related facilities management sectors.
• Experience selling to hospitality, F&B, healthcare or FM companies is advantageous.
• Proven hunter with a track record of winning new commercial accounts and annual contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new B2B clients across hotels, restaurants, and facilities.
• Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Sell AMCs and add-on services; negotiate contracts while protecting margins.
• Ensure client satisfaction, renewals and upsell opportunities.
