Job summary

FL Technics is expanding its team and seeking an experienced B2 Aircraft Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi/Dubai operations. The role requires hands-on avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and certification of aircraft in line with GCAA and EASA standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid ICAO-compliant licence (GCAA/DGCA/EASA) and have experience on B737NG and A320 families. Multiple training courses (EWIS, FTS, HF, SMS) are preferred.

Qualifications

• B737NG and A320 experience required.
• Valid ICAO-compliant aircraft maintenance licence issued by GCAA, DGCA or EASA.
• For GCAA licence conversion: at least two years of company authorisation with supporting work sheets.
• Completed EWIS, FTS, Human Factors (HF) and SMS courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and base maintenance on aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and rectify avionics systems and components.
• Certify work performed within the scope of authorizations and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, airworthiness, and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanics, planners, and QA.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid GCAA and EASA B2 license with type course endorsed and demonstrate hands‑on expertise in avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and certification of aircraft in accordance with GCAA and EASA.

YOUR TASKS:
