Job summary

FL Technics LLC seeks an experienced B2 Aircraft Engineer for its Abu Dhabi/Dubai operations. The candidate should hold a valid GCAA and EASA B2 licence with type course endorsed and demonstrate hands‑on experience in avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and certification of aircraft in line with GCAA and EASA standards.

The role covers line and base maintenance, troubleshooting avionics, certifying work, maintaining records, and collaborating with mechanics, planners and QA.

Qualifications

• Experience on B737NG and A320 aircraft with different engine types.
• A valid ICAO-compliant aircraft maintenance licence issued by GCAA, DGCA or EASA.
• For GCAA licence conversion: at least two years of company authorisation, together with the required supporting work worksheets.
• Completed EWIS, FTS, Human Factors (HF) and Safety Management System (SMS) courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and base maintenance on aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and rectify avionics systems and components.
• Certify work performed within the scope of authorizations and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, airworthiness, and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanics, planners, and QA.
