Job summary

CoreAxis in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for enterprise solutions across development, staging, and production. You will work with DevOps pipelines, IaC, and Azure-native services to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities include building Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, IaC implementation, and security practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage, databases).
Proficiency in at least one IaC tool: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Understanding of cloud security practices, identity management, and monitoring/alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400) are preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
