Job summary

ALDAR seeks an experienced FP&A professional in Abu Dhabi to lead financial forecasting, planning and analysis for corporate finance and real estate ventures. You will prepare the 5-year business plan, monitor forecasts, and deliver management-ready presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance/ management/ economics and a preferred professional qualification (CFA, MBA, CMA, CPA). 6+ years in corporate finance with IFRS real estate experience is ideal.

Qualifications

6+ years of related experience in corporate finance/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, update and management of the 5-year Business Plan & financial projections.
Monitor the Business Plan and Forecast for deviations, update quarterly changes, and elevate to Management as necessary.
Support Management in planning capital allocation by building financial models.
Prepare Management reports and presentations (funding requirements, valuations, capital allocation and surplus capital, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
Assist in preparing Monthly Business Update reports in coordination with corporate functions.
Develop quarterly KPI reports for projects and divisions with Finance Reporting and Development teams.
Provide financial analysis for new proposals focusing on valuation and returns.
