Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in Abu Dhabi to lead forecasting, planning and financial analysis across corporate and project levels. The role requires strong Excel modeling, IFRS knowledge for real estate, and collaboration with multiple divisions to ensure accurate, timely management reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in corporate finance/financial analysis, with excellent analytical and communication skills, and a solid ethical standard.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation, update and management of the 5-year Business Plan & financial projections.
• Monitor the Business Plan and Forecast for deviations, update quarterly changes and escalate as necessary.
• Support capital allocation planning by building financial models and ensuring funds and investments are valued.
• Prepare Management reports and presentations (funding requirements, valuations, capital allocation and surplus capital, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
• Assist in Monthly Business Update reporting and coordinate with corporate functions for timely delivery.
• Provide financial analysis for new developments/projects/JVs/ventures, focusing on valuation and funding requirements.
