Air Arabia is seeking a seasoned Stores & Logistics Manager to oversee storage and distribution of aircraft parts and maintenance materials in Sharjah. You will optimise inventory control, plan procurement logistics, and ensure timely delivery through internal and external channels.

The role requires 5+ years in aircraft maintenance logistics, strong familiarity with AMOS/TRAX, and solid knowledge of aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., AMOS, TRAX).
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (EASA, GCAA, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Manage and control inventory of aircraft parts, tools, and materials in storage facilities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and adherence to aviation regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize the logistics for procurement, storage, and distribution of maintenance supplies, ensuring timely delivery to internal or external parties, via in-house distribution channels or external service providers.
• Liaise with contracted suppliers & vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely availability of parts and materials.
• Ensure all storage and handling activities comply with regulatory requirements (GCAA and Hubs CAA’s) and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for stores operations, logistics planning, and inventory control.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency within the maintenance supply chain.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols within storage facilities and logistics operations.
