Job summary

Dubai Aviation Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead assigned Stores projects and drive digitalisation across engineering stores. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering tangible benefits.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of aviation MRO logistics, AMOS or similar ERP systems, and hands-on experience with warehouse automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, logistics, supply chain, business administration or related discipline.
• 7–9 years progressive experience in aviation materials or MRO logistics.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced knowledge of AMOS or similar MRO/ERP systems.
• Experience with warehouse automation, RFID, mobile scanning, dashboards and Excel reporting.
• Certifications in project management or Lean Six Sigma desirable.
• DGR and ESDS training/authorization as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Stores projects and improvement initiatives with stakeholders and suppliers, from requirements through implementation, stabilisation and benefits review.
• Develops, reviews and coordinates Stores procedures, work instructions, forms and operational controls to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Reviews Stores processes and compliance requirements, identifies improvement opportunities, and recommends corrective actions.
• Monitors compliance with GCAA/EASA requirements, company procedures and safety standards across Stores activities.
• Coordinates Stores support for audits and regulatory visits, including evidence, responses and corrective action follow-up.
• Tracks audit findings, risk assessments, Management of Change and SMS actions until required actions are completed and verified.
• Provides oversight of incoming-material, quarantine, shelf-life, ESDS and Dangerous Goods controls.
• Monitors tools, calibration, traceability, dispatch and repair-process controls and recommends improvements.
• Analyses Stores KPIs and prepares compliance, performance and improvement reports.
• Acts as Stores focal point for digitalisation and automation solutions (AMOS Mobile, WMS, RFID, scanning, labelling, dashboards).
• Coordinates business requirements and system testing for Stores solutions, ensuring user acceptance and enhancements.
• Monitors solution performance, vendor actions and continuity arrangements, escalating significant issues to Stores leadership.
• Leads sustainability initiatives and tracks ongoing operational and environmental benefits.
• Supports Stores budget planning, business cases, procurement forecasts and expenditure monitoring.
• Provides functional guidance and coaching on assigned procedures, projects and systems.
