Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning & Records Senior Specialist to develop, implement and oversee long-, medium- and short-term maintenance action plans for our fleet, ensuring CAMO compliance and airworthiness in line with GCAA regulations. The role focuses on cost-effective forecasting, robust maintenance packages, and accurate records management across systems and paper.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant engineering field.
• Project Management certificate or proven equivalent experience.
• Cost control, compliance, budgeting and quality assurance training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors maintenance strategy and forecasts.
• Ensures CAMO requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Manage ad-hoc maintenance to reduce AOG and protect company image.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop detailed maintenance plans.
• Prepare budgets, manpower, rosters and work package planning.
• Utilize resources to maximize on-condition intervals and cost control.
• Maintain aircraft hours, cycles and technical logs across systems and paper.
• Oversee and control technical library, records, manuals and certificates.
• Provide management reports and guidance to the department head.
• Lead and develop a high-performance maintenance team.
