Job summary

Air Arabia in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Maintenance Planning CAMO Specialist to develop and oversee long-, medium- and short-term maintenance action plans, manage the technical library, and ensure airworthiness in accordance with CAMO, GCAA regulations and adopted procedures.

You will coordinate with base, line and network stakeholders, lead a team of engineers and technicians, and deliver cost-effective, timely maintenance events while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• Cost control, compliance, budgeting and quality assurance training add value.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and monitors maintenance strategy and forecasts.
• Ensure activities comply with CAMO requirements and quality standards.
• Manage ad-hoc maintenance to reduce AOG and protect corporate image.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed maintenance plans.
• Prepare budget forecasts, manpower rosters and work packages.
• Utilize resources to achieve high interval adherence for maintenance events.
• Maintain and control aircraft hours and cycles data across logs and records.
• Oversee technical library, manuals, certificates, and archiving.
• Prepare and archive work packages and job cards for fleet and third-party aircraft.
• Ensure timely completion and proper archiving per policies.
• Provide reports to department head.
• Coordinate on special engineering projects.
• Provide professional guidance and people management.
