Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Pool & Spare Parts Coordinator to manage and monitor pool component availability, ensuring timely support of fleet requirements and operational needs across the network. You will coordinate pool demands, exchanges, replenishments, track orders, and liaise with suppliers, Logistics, Stores and Planning to minimize disruption and maintain service levels.

The role requires an aviation-focused background and at least 3 years of experience in aircraft spares management

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in aviation or related field.
At least 3 years aviation experience in aircraft spares management.

Responsibilities

Manage pool component availability to support fleet requirements.
Coordinate pool demands, exchanges and replenishment activities with agreed service levels.
Monitor pool orders and transactions with timely follow-up and closure of requirements.
Prioritize critical and AOG needs, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to minimize disruption.
Liaise with suppliers, Logistics, Stores, Planning to ensure timely movement and delivery of pool components.
Manage timely return of unserviceable/off-coming components with contractual adherence.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and escalate gaps.
Ensure pool activities comply with contractual terms and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on pool availability, open orders, overdue returns, AOG requirements and supplier performance.
