Qualifications

• 7+ years of revenue management or analytics experience in aviation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Aviation/IATA certificate or diploma is a plus.
• Experience with low-cost airlines is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan revenue optimization strategies for the network using resources, seasonality and market conditions.
• Monitor flight cycles and seat utilization to maximize revenue across distribution channels.
• Lead a team of executives to optimize yield on routes.
• Coordinate with country managers and GSAs to sell seats and plan flights.
• Develop pricing campaigns and deal management procedures.
• Analyze traffic reports; benchmark against competitors and adjust plans.
• Maintain data systems and reports for revenue management.
• Coach the commercial team and route analysts.
