Job summary

GAL Global Aerospace Logistics in Abu Dhabi seeks a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring goals, KPIs, and milestones are achieved. You will coordinate with the Head of PMO to drive planning, scheduling and budget control for multiple programs.

The role focuses on initiating, planning, executing, and delivering complex projects while maintaining quality, safety, and cost targets in the UAE aviation sector.

Qualifications

• The Program Manager is responsible for the over-all management of assigned programs/projects to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Develops program management processes covering initiating, planning, executing, controlling and implementing activities.
• Works with Head of PMO to coordinate planning and execution and to develop and manage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Defines and directs the execution of program/project goals.
• Develops program charters and PMP and integrated master schedule.
• Directs the development and management of program/project budget and resource loading.
• Monitors KPIs and reports status to stakeholders.
• Leads and develops the program management team and provides training.
