An aviation solutions company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee maintenance operations for modified aircraft in the UAE. This role includes coordinating planning with customers, managing maintenance personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P License (or equivalent) and be willing to relocate for a minimum of two years. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Global aircraft experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate to the UAE for at least 2 years.
• Experience in supervising personnel and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the customer on maintenance planning and hangar issues.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations Managers.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports to appropriate managers.
