Job summary

Lead Line Maintenance Operations Engineer at Jobs2Web in the UAE plans, schedules, and coordinates all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure airworthiness of the fleet. Develops short- and long-term maintenance plans with line management and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in aviation maintenance planning, familiarity with CAMO, AMP/MPD, and skills to create work packages, manage costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management certificate or demonstrable experience.
• Cost controls, compliance, budgeting and quality assurance training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate maintenance work to ensure airworthiness.
• Create work packages, preloads and Gantt charts for execution.
• Coordinate line/base maintenance, third-party work packages and stakeholders.
• Develop capacity and manpower forecasts; report variances and trends.
• Ensure CAMO procedures and AMP/MPD guidance are followed; liaise with MCC and Engineering.
