Job summary

Bombardier’s new Abu Dhabi Service Center at Al Bateen Executive Airport will go live in Q1 2027, offering advanced MRO capabilities and support for Bombardier aircraft portfolio. This role sits in Abu Dhabi, focusing on managing multiple aircraft projects and coordinating with planning, invoicing and warranty teams.

The position requires relocation to Abu Dhabi with no relocation support; UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in aircraft maintenance or substantial similar experience.
• 2 years customer project management or 2 years supervisory experience or substantial similar experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory governance GCAA, EASA, FAA (e.g., Part 145).
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations as they apply to maintenance operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Basic accounting and budgeting principles to read and interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer primary point-of-contact, coordinating quotes, invoices, progress updates, and debriefs.
• Manage multiple aircraft projects, price codes, work orders, and Pro Forma invoices.
• Maintain schedule from delivery through to post-work activities, ensuring budget and on-time performance.
• Facilitate status meetings and update daily status reports across departments.
• Coordinate with Planning, Invoice Analysts, and Materials on special programs.
• Review and sign final customer invoices including margin analysis and warranty considerations.
• Drive post-work package follow-ups and issue resolution to maintain client relations.
• Meet or exceed facility financial objectives on all projects.
