Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an AV Technician to install and maintain audio visual equipment for conferences and events. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in branded hotels and hands-on expertise with display devices, projectors, televisions, cameras, video teleconferencing systems, microphones, and speakers.

You will manage inventory, set up for trainings and meetings, perform additions, removals, repairs, and tests, and ensure equipment safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in branded hotels.
• Experience with AV equipment installation and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain AV equipment including displays, projectors, TVs, cameras, VTC systems, microphones and speakers.
• Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations.
• Set up AV equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings and conferences.
• Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs and inspections.
• Test equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
• Perform inventory management of equipment, wirings and accessories.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 1.1.1 Install and maintain audio visual equipment including display devices projectors televisions camera systems video teleconferencing systems (VTC) microphones and speakers.
• 1.1.2 Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations.
• 1.1.3 Perform equipment storage and transportation activities in safe and secure manner.
• 1.1.4. Perform inventory management of equipment wirings and accessories to avoid any shortages.
• 1.1.5 Setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings presentations meetings and conferences.
• 1.1.6 Perform equipment additions removals repairs replacements and inspections.
• 1.1.7 Test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar field not less than 2 years in Branded Hotels
