Job summary

AVI-SPL Middle East is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the technical delivery of AV integration projects in Dubai. You will review projects, finalize BOMs, drawings, and infrastructure requirements, and coordinate with CAD, engineering, and field teams to ensure on-time installation and commissioning.

In this role you’ll solve complex technical challenges, support the Project Manager with submittals, monitor budgets, and help create as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• AVIXA General CTS Certified Technical Specialist (Nice‑to‑Have).
• Two or more years of experience in AV system design, integration, or field support.
• Familiarity with AV/IT standards and emerging technologies such as AVoIP or unified communications platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Two or more relevant audio/DSP certifications (Biamp, Q‑SYS, BSS, Extron, Shure).

Responsibilities

• Review project design documents and finalize BOMs, drawings, and infrastructure requirements.
• Provide engineering submittals and coordinate with operations on budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and commissioning to support installation and testing.
• Assemble final as‑built drawings and programming files for project closeout.
