Job summary

Connect Resources is recruiting for a Business Development profile in Dubai to drive growth in the AV and Smart Home sectors. You will identify opportunities, build a broad network with dealers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers and end clients, and promote solutions across residential, commercial and hospitality markets.

The role requires 3+ years UAE experience in BD or sales within AV/Smart Home or related industries, a proven sales track record, strong networking

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in BD, sales, or account management within AV, Smart Home Automation, ELV, Home Cinema, Security Systems, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong network within the UAE AV, construction, interior design, real estate, or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and dealer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• UAE driving licence highly preferred.
• Diploma, bachelor's degree, or other graduate qualification accepted.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AV and Smart Home industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers consultants contractors architects interior designers and end clients
• Promote AV and Smart Home solutions across residential commercial and hospitality sectors
• Generate leads conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations
• Prepare proposals quotations and tender submissions
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and opportunities
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to support successful project execution
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records
