Job summary

Burj Line Builders is seeking a Vehicle Technical Support professional to assist testing and operation of autonomous vehicles. You will work closely with R&D and QA teams to ensure testing schedules are delivered.

In this role you will help with vehicle software/version updates, testing scenarios, routes and stop configurations, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Qualifications

• Technical background in automotive, engineering, IT, or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience with technical testing, QA, R&D, or vehicle operations.
• Strong understanding of software and technology-based systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and operational teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced technology and automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with R&D and QA teams on autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback to technical teams.
• Validate results of vehicle version iterations.
• Assist with setup and configuration of different vehicle testing scenarios.
• Configure routes and stops for daily testing.
• Ensure preparations support daily vehicle testing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle software/version updates.
• Ensure vehicle updates are completed timely.
• Identify and report issues affecting testing activities.
• Support continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
