Qualifications

• Technical background in automotive, engineering, IT, autonomous vehicles or related field.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations is advantageous.
• Good understanding of software and technology-based systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and operational teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with R&D and QA regarding autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback to relevant technical teams.
• Support validation of vehicle version iteration results.
• Assist with setup/configuration of different vehicle testing scenarios.
• Support route and stop configuration requirements for daily testing.
• Ensure technical preparations support daily vehicle testing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle software/version updates.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting testing activities.
• Support continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle testing and operational processes.
