Qureos in Dubai seeks a Technical Support specialist to assist in testing and operation of autonomous vehicles, coordinating with R&D and QA teams. You will help manage vehicle software updates, testing scenarios, routes, and stop configurations to keep daily testing on schedule.

The role requires a solid technical background, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively between engineering and operations in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background in automotive, engineering or IT is preferred.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of software and technology-based systems.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with R&D and QA on autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback to technical teams.
• Support validation of vehicle version iteration results.
• Assist with setup and configuration of testing scenarios.
• Support route and stop configuration for daily testing.
• Ensure technical preparations support daily testing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle software/version updates.
• Ensure vehicle updates are completed promptly.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting testing.
• Support continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle testing processes.
