Job summary

redfordrecruiters is seeking a hands-on Auto Mechanic Helper to support engine assembly and disassembly, chassis and frame fitting, and suspension and steering work across ATV, UTV, and EV platforms. The role is hands-on in the Workshop Vehicle Assembly & Fabrication Team.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years as a mechanic helper in automotive workshops, with basic English/Hindi communication, ability to read drawings and BOMs, and willingness to support technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a mechanic helper/assistant in automotive workshops.
• Experience in engine teardown/rebuild and chassis-level fitting work.
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings and BOMs; basic English/Hindi communication.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with engine assembly and disassembly.
• Supporting chassis and frame fitting, alignment, and repair work.
• General mechanical assist tasks across vehicle build stages.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments.
