Job summary

REAPHR is seeking a hands-on Auto Mechanic Helper to join our Workshop / Vehicle Assembly & Fabrication Team in the United Arab Emirates. You will support engine assembly and disassembly, chassis and frame work, and suspension/steering component fitting across ATV, UTV, and EV platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of mechanic helper experience in automotive or off-road workshops, with hands-on exposure to engine teardown, chassis fitting, and the ability to read basic drawings and BOMs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a mechanic helper/assistant in automotive or off-road workshops.
• Experience with engine teardown/rebuild and chassis fitting is highly valued.
• Read basic assembly drawings and BOMs; comfortable with hand tools.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support engine assembly and disassembly, chassis and frame work, suspension and steering component fitting, and general mechanical build activities across ATV, UTV, and EV vehicle platforms. Requirements

• EXPERIENCE
• REQUIRED • 2–5 years as a mechanic helper/assistant in an automotive, motorcycle, or off-road vehicle workshop.
• Prior
• UTV /
• ATV / motorcycle workshop background is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on exposure to engine teardown/rebuild and chassis-level fitting work.
• CORE
• Engine assembly and disassembly (small engines;
• Chassis and frame work — fitting, alignment support, bolting/torqueing to spec, basic fabrication assist.
• Suspension and steering component fitting — required.
• Ability to read
• ECU / wiring diagrams and perform engine start-up and testing procedures.
• Comfortable using hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic measuring tools (calipers, feeler gauges).
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings and
• BOMs, and follow instructions from engineers/technicians.
• Trade/vocational certificate in

• Engineering (ITI, diploma, or equivalent) preferred — not mandatory with strong hands-on experience.
