Job summary

REAPHR in the UAE is seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic / Engine Specialist to join the Al Ain workshop. The role covers diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, assembling, and modifying engines and mechanical systems used in vehicles, motorcycles, and prototype projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of engine rebuilding, troubleshooting, vehicle assembly and disassembly, and mechanical repairs, with basic English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic/Engine Specialist.
• Experience repairing petrol and diesel engines.
• Knowledge of engine rebuilding and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience assembling and disassembling engines and vehicle components.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and engine-related faults.
• Perform engine overhauls, repairs, and rebuilding.
• Assemble and disassemble engines, gearboxes, and mechanical components.
• Install replacement or imported engines and ensure proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine performance issues.
• Assist with vehicle modifications and prototype assembly.
• Carry out inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
