Job summary

REAPHR is seeking a hands-on Auto Mechanic Helper to join our Workshop / Vehicle Assembly & Fabrication Team in the United Arab Emirates. You will support engine assembly and disassembly, chassis and frame work, and suspension/steering component fitting across ATV, UTV, and EV platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of mechanic helper experience in automotive or off-road workshops, with hands-on exposure to engine teardown, chassis fitting, and the ability to read basic drawings and BOMs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a mechanic helper/assistant in automotive or off-road workshops.
• Experience with engine teardown/rebuild and chassis fitting is highly valued.
• Read basic assembly drawings and BOMs; comfortable with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist engine assembly and disassembly.
• Support chassis and frame fitting, alignment, and basic fabrication.
• Assist with suspension and steering component fitting; read diagrams.
