Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting service history, advising on maintenance, and driving upsell of Kavak service packages. A UAE driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; auto/mechanical qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting the workshop and ensure a positive service experience.
• Conduct detailed consultations to capture concerns, usage history, and expectations.
• Prepare accurate job cards and document customer complaints and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and determine repairs.
• Explain repair estimates clearly and obtain customer approvals.
• Track progress and update customers on status and delays.
• Upsell maintenance packages and warranties based on needs.
• Maintain records in the service management system.
