• Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell and cross-sell AutoHub’s services
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Respond quickly to inquiries across all channels (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Automotive training certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
