Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Sales Executive in the UAE to maximize vehicle sales, drive revenue through F&I and accessories, and ensure a seamless customer journey. The role covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah with a target-driven environment.

You will build lasting customer relationships, meet sales targets, and promote value-added products while collaborating with the sales team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Farsi, Malayalam, Tamil, or other regional languages will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitable margins.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Generate and Manage Leads: Actively prospect for new customers and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Promote Value-Added Products: Maximise opportunities for F&I products, trade-ins, warranties, and accessories.
• Ensure Process Compliance: Adhere to policies and procedures for sales transactions and cash/credit handling.
• Stay Market-Aware: Develop product knowledge and monitor industry trends to advise customers.
• Support Team Success: Collaborate with branch teams to meet business objectives.
