Restore Talent Solutions is recruiting a Product Pricing Manager for a leading automotive group in Dubai. You will lead pricing governance, drive commercial competitiveness, and monitor margins across vehicle and product lines.

Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and leadership to align pricing strategy with market conditions and brand positioning. Strong analytics and pricing systems experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or automotive product operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building pricing models, margin analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Understanding of automotive commercial structures, including dealer pricing, OEM programs, incentives, and lifecycle pricing.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, product, and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing structured approval and governance processes.
• Ability to communicate pricing decisions clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with pricing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end pricing activities across assigned automotive product lines
• Developing and maintaining pricing structures that balance competitiveness, profitability, and market positioning
• Coordinating with sales, product, finance, and leadership teams to align pricing strategy and execution
• Conducting pricing analysis based on competitor benchmarking, market trends, and customer demand
• Supporting product launches with pricing recommendations, commercial readiness, and governance approvals
• Monitoring pricing performance, margins, and discount effectiveness to ensure business targets are met
• Maintaining pricing documentation, approval workflows, and clear commercial standards
• Identifying pricing risks early and proposing corrective actions when performance deviates
