Job summary

Al Rostamani Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Dubai to govern and deliver complex IT projects across the group, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

You will lead PMO activities, manage resources, risks, and change, while coordinating with IT vendors and internal stakeholders to meet strict SLAs and budget constraints in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• PMP certified with proven experience in IT project management.
• PMI- Agile certified Project Professional, ITIL certified, and SCRUM certified.
• Experience delivering full project life cycle and managing project teams.
• Strong MS Project skills and vendor/customer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery from scoping to reporting to meet business requirements.
• Govern and monitor unified IT processes and procedures across ARG activities.
• Oversee change requests, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain relationships with IT departments, vendors and customers.
• Manage IT project budgets and end-to-end delivery.
