Al-Futtaim is seeking an MIS Executive for its Automotive Aftersales in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate management information, dashboards, and financial analysis to support decision-making. You will consolidate data from multiple systems, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–4 years of MIS, reporting, data analytics, planning, or performance management.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience in preparing management reports and dashboards; data analysis of large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Prepare MIS reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for Aftersales activities.
• Consolidate operational, financial, and customer data for reporting.
• Analyze variances, trends, and KPIs to support decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Service Ops, Parts, and Finance.
