Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks an MIS Manager to deliver accurate management reporting and actionable insights for Aftersales and BYD initiatives in the UAE. You will drive data-driven decision-making across finance, operations and customer experience, collaborating with IT and regional teams to ensure data integrity and timely dashboards.

The role requires 3–5 years in MIS or analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and ERP system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Analytics/IS/Finance).
• 3–5 years’ experience in MIS, reporting, dashboards or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel and strong Power BI or Tableau skills.
• Experience with data cleansing, KPI calculation, report automation and visualization.
• SQL or other data-query experience.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM/SAP-like systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate MIS reports.
• Develop and improve KPI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx.
• Maintain reporting repositories and reconcile data across systems.
