Job summary

GDIT is seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to evaluate system requirements and design cloud-based automation frameworks. You will implement automated tests, support CI/CD pipelines, and work with manual testers to prioritize automation for maximum value.

The role requires 5+ years of web-based automation experience, proficiency with Selenium/Playwright and related tools, and familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and NUnit/TestNG in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with integration, regression, and system testing using automated tools in web-based applications.
• Experience writing test cases, test plans, and reporting defects.
• Proficiency in developing automated test scripts using ReactJS, NodeJS, Selenium, Playwright, Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Experience testing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience managing tests using NUnit and TestNG.
• Comprehensive understanding of Cloud, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust position with the Administrative Office of the US Courts.
