Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Dealer Relationship Executive to onboard and manage used car dealers across the UAE. You will provide quality customer service and align dealers' needs with the company's business model, helping to grow the dealer network and revenue.

The role requires building strong relationships, negotiating for higher margins, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining accurate dealer records.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage used car dealers.
• Provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and the Company.
• Develop dealer relationships that generate business in accordance with the Company’s established business models.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
• Build a dealer database to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
• Effectively manage and market dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
• Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
• Negotiate effectively and ensure the company achieves the highest margins.
• Update the system on time.
• Meet with all dealers weekly to build strong relationships.

As a Dealer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing used car dealers. You will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and the Company. You will also be responsible for developing dealer relationships that generate business in accordance with the Company’s established business models.

In this role, you will:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
• Build a dealer database to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
• Effectively manage and market dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
• Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
• Design dealer segregation.
• Negotiate effectively and ensure the company achieves the highest margins.
• Update the system on time.
• Meet with all dealers weekly to build strong relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• 1-3 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market.
• Expertise in a wide range of makes, models, and specifications specifically for GCC vehicles.
• Strong segmentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Must have strong marketing and sales skills.
• A professional attitude.
• Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.
• Analytical, data-driven outlook.
• Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organisation.
