ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an Auto Finance Credit Manager to oversee the entire lending process from application to underwriting, disbursal or denial, and after sales. The role demands leadership to guide the team, rigorous adherence to policies, and strong decision-making to maintain a high-quality portfolio.

The candidate will manage daily credit decisions, ensure timely processing of FinnOne applications, and drive performance while upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to manage and plan finance credit processes.

Mansioni

• Manage credit offered to customers; oversee the entire lending process including initial application, underwriting, disbursal or denial, and after sale.
• Underwrite a minimum of 70 applications daily as targeted by management.
• Lead the assigned team to process 100% of all finance applications proposed in FinnOne within the same day as per SLA.
• Ensure compliance with CB regulations and ADIB policies; uphold ethics and confidentiality.
• Provide quarterly feedback to P&P on market trends and contribute to criteria updates as required.
• Conduct at least 3 formal trainings for staff and perform monthly evaluations with scores.
